No Contract shall come into existence until the Company has accepted the Client's order and such acceptance have been received by the Client. The contract shall deem to be concluded at the time and place where such acceptance is received by the Client. Refunds will be paid within two (2) weeks of the claim being agreed. Any questions or complaints should be made in writing to ShortStaff Management and will be addressed in ten (10) working days.
